Handlung

Director Friedrich Monroe struggles to finish a silent b&w film about Lisbon and calls sound engineer Phillip Winter for help. Winter arrives to find Monroe missing and the film unfinished. Fascinated by the city and singer Teresa, Winter records sound while Monroe films unseen parts of Lisbon. They reunite, and Winter convinces Monroe to complete the film.
